About the role

Job summary

An experienced Grant Manager is sought to oversee grant management processes within a foundation in Hellerup, Denmark. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of grants, from call design to post-award follow-up, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management from a university, research institute, foundation, NGO, or public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end committee processes, including preparation of decision materials and facilitation of meetings.
  • Support applicants and grant recipients throughout open calls, ensuring transparency and timely decisions.
  • Advise on timelines, risk assessments, and ensure grant agreements are finalized according to standards.
  • Oversee a portfolio of grants outside of open calls, ensuring compliance and post-award follow-up.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within grant management processes.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in managing complex grant processes.
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance and quality across diverse portfolios.
  • Proficiency in digital tools that support funding processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Education
