GMP Training Specialist

Job summary

The GMP Training Specialist is responsible for enhancing training standards and onboarding experiences for Manufacturing & Engineering teams in a GMP environment. This role involves delivering impactful training, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and continuously improving training systems and materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience or education in GMP manufacturing, ideally in a technician, scientist, or GMP training-related role.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical GMP processes and training requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) and ALCOA+ principles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in training design and delivery.
• Familiarity with TWI (Training Within Industry) and LEAN methodology, or a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Office 365 and digital learning tools such as Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees regarding training systems, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure training documentation and LMS records are accurate and compliant with GMP standards.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth introduction to processes.
• Create and revise GMP training materials, eLearnings, and job aids.
• Collaborate with Managers, Supervisors, and SMEs to identify training needs and improve competency frameworks.
• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on GMP fundamentals and related topics.
• Apply TWI methodology to enhance training consistency and effectiveness.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is a bonus.
• Ability to apply LEAN practices to optimize training workflows.

Education

• Relevant educational background in GMP manufacturing or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Office 365 (Super User) and digital learning tools such as Articulate 360.
