Job summary

The role involves leading regional Talent Acquisition teams to ensure high-quality hiring aligned with business needs in a global MedTech organization. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experiences while leveraging technology and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams within complex organizations, preferably in global or regional roles.
  • Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior leaders with knowledge of global Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology and ATS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, along with AI tools.
  • Experience in managing budgets and overseeing external recruitment partners.
  • Understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to foster team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional Talent Acquisition teams to deliver high-quality hires and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on talent needs and hiring strategies.
  • Translate global Talent Acquisition strategies into actionable regional plans.
  • Champion a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize technology and AI solutions to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Oversee performance metrics and ensure accountability to business expectations.
  • Manage external recruitment partners and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams on broader people initiatives.

Education

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
