Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, science, or a relevant technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or commercial strategy, preferably in a B2B or consumer packaged goods environment. Experience in Household Care is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and mature mid- to long-term commercial pipelines.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, capable of working with senior stakeholders and simplifying complex technical topics into value-driven narratives.
  • Technical understanding or curiosity to bridge commercial and technical disciplines.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and persistence in navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to influence in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mid- to long-term business development efforts, including large-scale new product development initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Identify and shape strategic growth opportunities aligned with customer needs and company focus areas.
  • Represent the organization in technical innovation discussions and collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-relevant propositions.
  • Facilitate senior-level customer engagement through executive meetings and workshops.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on growth ambitions and strategic direction.
