Global Quality Specialist

Job summary

The role involves ensuring high-quality standards in the production and supply chain of mechatronics/electronics. You will work closely with various teams to integrate quality from product development through to stable operations.

Qualifications

• Technical background with a B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in driving quality in complex projects.
• Proficient in project management and coordinating activities across a matrix organization.
• Strong experience with manufacturing and assembly of mechanical and/or mechatronic components.
• Familiarity with quality management tools and practices such as FMEA, RCA, MSA, statistical methods, and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and APQP methodology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Global Quality Lead for supply chain in New Product Launch (NPL) and Engineering Change teams, coordinating quality activities.
• Ensure a holistic approach to quality throughout the value chain.
• Support Supplier Quality as a Process/Part Subject Matter Expert during industrialization and approval activities.
• Drive and support resolution of quality issues across supply and production companies.

Skills

• Collaborative and engaged with a structured approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate different cultures.
• Confident communication in English, and preferably Danish.

Education

• B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Tools

• Quality management tools and practices such as FMEA, RCA, MSA, statistical methods, Six Sigma, and familiarity with ISO standards.
