Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation and knowledge of statutory tax regulations.
• Experience with local payroll software and technical implementation setups.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll and HR processes.
• Background in payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with accounting reconciliations.
• Excellent data management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable in a MacBook Pro environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
