Job summary

This role involves the technical implementation of new customers onto a global payroll solution platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. You will be part of a global team focused on enhancing the payroll experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation and knowledge of statutory tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll and HR processes.
• Experience in payroll operations, accounting reconciliations, and technical implementation setup.
• Excellent data management skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for payroll customers, ensuring a smooth transition to payroll services.
• Analyze customer payroll needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage the implementation process, including data collection, system configuration, and compliance verification.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
• Support and train new customers on payroll processes.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with MacBook Pro environment.
