Global Operations Finance Partner (Remote)

Job summary

The Global Operations Finance Partner is responsible for providing financial leadership across multiple manufacturing sites within the Clinical Diagnostics, Cell & Biomolecular, and Liquid Phase divisions. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing a global team.
• Proven experience in leading financial operations in complex environments, particularly in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong track record in P&L management and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Finance Partner for the LDG Value Stream Leader and Europe Manufacturing leadership team.
• Lead financial support for executive reviews and strategic planning processes.
• Manage core financial planning and performance management activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders on strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across global operations.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed finance team.

Skills

• Ability to synthesize complex information and recommend practical actions.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and digital finance tools.

Education
