  • Experience working across multiple countries and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Established personal network and credibility with executive decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Nordics.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Take full commercial responsibility for revenue growth and profitability within the assigned industry across the Nordics.
  • Lead and close major strategic deals while fostering relationships at the CxO level.
  • Develop and implement a focused industry strategy with clear growth priorities and value propositions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine positioning and best practices.
  • Own the strategic customer portfolio, ensuring high-quality account strategies and long-term growth.
  • Lead the industry sales team, setting clear commercial goals and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align industry needs with capabilities and ensure growth.

Skills

Education
