Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant business or HR field.
• Extensive experience in strategic HR advisory within complex, global environments.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and process implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Proficient in talent and succession management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Translate global functional business strategies into actionable HR initiatives.
• Manage organizational development, performance, and optimization in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Oversee annual People & Culture cycle activities.
• Ensure succession planning for critical positions.
• Advise business leaders on organizational design and capability building.
• Coach executives on leadership development and act as a trusted HR partner.
• Provide guidance on employee behavior, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
