This role involves serving as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders within a global People & Culture team, focusing on enhancing business performance through people-driven solutions. The position requires collaboration with senior management and global P&C colleagues to translate business strategies into actionable P&C initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant business or HR field.
• Solid HR expertise with experience in strategic HR advisory.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and process implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Background in talent and succession management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Translate global functional business strategies into P&C initiatives.
• Manage organizational development, performance, and optimization with stakeholders.
• Oversee annual People & Culture cycle activities.
• Ensure succession planning for critical positions.
• Advise on organizational design and capability building.
• Coach executives in leadership development and role modeling.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for leadership teams.
• Provide guidance on employee behavior, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
