Qualifications

  • Over 12 years of experience in forensic technology, data analytics, or related fields, with a strong background in market activation and commercial leadership.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through technology enablement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Established client network and strong advisory skills in shaping complex solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-suite audiences.
  • Deep understanding of commercial aspects such as pricing and margin management in European markets.
  • Ability to lead through influence within a matrixed organization and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the European activation strategy for Forensic Technology, aligning with global priorities and regional growth targets.
  • Lead regional enablement programs, ensuring teams are trained to sell and deliver technology solutions.
  • Act as a senior client advisor, diagnosing issues and leading proposal development for high-value opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at major client forums and industry events, delivering impactful presentations.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to prioritize activation initiatives and drive collaboration across various functions.

Skills

Working Model

  • Experience with European regulatory frameworks relevant to forensic and integrity services.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English plus another major European language).
  • Familiarity with global learning and enablement programs.
  • Hybrid working model across European hubs, with 30–50% travel for client meetings and leadership forums.
