Global Commercial D&T Lead

Job summary

This role is a maternity cover for the Global Commercial D&T Lead from November 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The position serves as the primary contact for the commercial applications landscape, focusing on governance, strategy, and integration architecture to support business growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in IT, Commercial Operations, Business, or related fields with project and change management skills.
• 5-10 years of experience with commercial applications in regulated industries, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, PromoMats, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of commercial business processes and supporting technologies.
• Experience in vendor management and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT aspects of the commercial application strategy and roadmap.
• Drive system implementations, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including purchase order creation and contract management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process and technology improvement opportunities.
• Ensure systems are compliant, scalable, and meet business needs across international markets.
