FP&A Manager

Job summary

An experienced FP&A Manager is sought to enhance financial decision-making and provide impactful analysis to improve business performance within a global Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, or similar role, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently structure and lead processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, including senior management.
• Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and other financial tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in an additional European language being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth insights on financial results and KPIs, offering recommendations for strategic decision-making at the senior management level.
• Co-lead the design and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting for enhanced analysis depth, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Manage ad hoc analysis and special projects.
