FP&A Analyst

Job summary

The FP&A Analyst will be an integral part of a finance team, responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial controlling, with a strong grasp of financial processes and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Office 365).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and quality.
• Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and closing activities.
• Assist in preparing management reports for local leadership.
• Support cost analysis and decision-making for the organization.
• Analyze performance against budget, latest estimates, and prior year results.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed.
• Improve existing reports and create new analytical tools.
