Flight Support Manager

Job summary

The Flight Support Manager is tasked with leading and optimizing the Flight Support department to ensure safe and efficient flight operations. This role involves managerial and technical oversight of flight support activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective integration of operational data.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in aeronautics, technical fields, or aviation management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in Flight Operations Engineering or Flight Support management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Eligibility to work within the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for aircraft mass and balance, performance data, and navigation databases.
• Oversee route and aerodrome categorization in line with operational manuals.
• Manage aircraft navigation data and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate activities related to aircraft addition and removal.
• Supervise post-flight documentation and performance degradation processes.
• Produce quarterly performance reports for management.
• Ensure all flight operations documentation is current and properly distributed.
• Manage daily Flight Support activities and ensure effective communication of technical information.

Skills

• Proficiency in Jeppesen JDM, OPT, and MyBoeingFleet.
• Familiarity with Boeing PET, BCOP, and BPS.
• Experience with Flightkeys is a plus.
• Strong user proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Education

• Relevant aeronautical, technical, or aviation management education or equivalent professional background.
