Job summary

A Financial Analyst is needed to support financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role involves delivering insights through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and scalable reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar finance roles.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and lookup functions.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker, Salesforce, or similar financial systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and time zones.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong ownership.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

Working conditions

This is a full-time salaried position with work hours aligned to Eastern Time, performed from a home office.

• Conduct detailed actual vs. budget analysis for bookings, units, and operating expenses, collaborating with Accounting to clarify variances.
• Manage the administration of sales and marketing commissions, including new compensation plans and the CaptivateIQ platform.
• Reconcile and consolidate data from multiple systems for accurate management reporting.
• Develop and track KPIs across business units, maintaining monthly and quarterly reports while communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Update headcount forecasts within Adaptive Planning.
• Build and maintain financial models in Google Sheets for forecasting and decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for cross-functional initiatives and leadership requests.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing reporting automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
