Job summary

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in guiding financial direction within a global HealthTech organization. This position involves strategic financial leadership, partnering with various departments to enhance business performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Accounting.
• Expertise in financial accounting, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and commercial support.
• People management experience with a focus on development.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and performance management.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance agenda and serve as a strategic partner to the President and Leadership Team.
• Provide financial insights to enhance growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives with financial analysis.
• Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Deliver actionable insights into revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage audit processes.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Education

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
