Finance Business Partner (On-site)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the cost efficiency of the Ocean business through financial analysis and strategic initiatives. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with various stakeholders to track and optimize costs, ensuring transparency in program performance and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or performance management roles.
• Experience in Shipping or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with workstream leads to identify and track cost optimization initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive transparency on program performance through financial reporting and analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Support program governance and coordination across workstreams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Communicate program performance and outcomes effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and fact-based decision-making.
