Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the cost competitiveness of the Ocean business through financial analysis and strategic initiatives. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and track cost optimization opportunities, ensuring transparency in program performance and financial impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering or performance management roles.
• Experience in Shipping or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with workstream leads to evaluate and track cost optimization initiatives, providing financial insights.
• Drive transparency on program performance through financial reporting and analysis.
• Support program governance and coordination across workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate program performance and outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
