Job summary

This role focuses on supporting a company-wide transformation agenda aimed at enhancing cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and ERP modernization within a manufacturing context. The Finance Business Partner will ensure that investments in manufacturing and process improvements yield measurable financial results, contributing to the development of advanced hearing technology.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
  • Background in manufacturing and complex supply chain environments, with a focus on cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, COGS, and operational performance management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems in manufacturing settings, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or QAD.
  • Knowledge of production routing, manufacturing processes, Bills of Material (BoM), and product costing throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, and other visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key initiatives to identify, implement, measure, and translate operational improvements into sustainable business value.
  • Establish governance and validation processes for enterprise-wide cost reduction and productivity initiatives across various functions.
  • Ensure clear visibility of financial benefits from operational improvement programs.
  • Develop analytics connecting business initiatives with financial outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, R&D, QA, Procurement, and IT to ensure alignment and execution of transformation initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to challenge costing methodologies and identify operational drivers affecting manufacturing performance.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is typically expected.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
