Finance Business Partner (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves partnering with various teams to enhance performance and optimize costs within the Ocean Cost and Trades Finance team. The position focuses on providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and improve Hub and Transshipment (T/S) performance across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Project Management, or equivalent roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for Hub & T/S and Network Flow activities, delivering financial insights to support decision-making.
• Drive performance management of Hub and T/S costs, including target setting, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Own the financial storyline for management reporting, ensuring actionable insights are provided.
• Improve forecasting accuracy for transshipment moves and related network costs.
• Collaborate with the wider Ocean Finance community to standardize processes and enhance efficiency.
