Job summary

In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on Corporate Functions. You will bridge finance and business to enhance decision-making and support the integration of a significant transition within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2-4 years of audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and solve complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic multinational environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to align business objectives with financial outcomes.
• Build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
• Act as a trusted finance partner for the executive management team.
• Analyze variances, trends, and performance drivers.
• Deliver timely management reporting with actionable insights.
• Evaluate business cases and support cost control initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reports and oversee the quality of financials.
• Drive the budget and forecast planning process with stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
