Job summary

This role involves partnering with leaders to enhance business performance and achieve strategic goals within the Commercial Finance department. The Finance Business Partner will provide financial leadership and analytical support, connecting financial outcomes with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner, collaborating with leaders to drive business performance.
• Conduct monthly business performance reviews, ensuring clarity around financial performance and key indicators.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Develop and assess business cases and investment proposals to support growth and efficiency.
• Enhance reporting capabilities and performance dashboards using analytical tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Support transformation initiatives and strategic projects through financial modeling and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proactive mindset with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Oracle/HFM.
• Solid understanding of business performance management, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
