Finance Business Partner

Job summary

This role involves acting as a Finance Business Partner for Hub and Transshipment (T/S) activities, providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making within a global logistics company. The position is integral to performance management, forecasting, and collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Project Management, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making for Hub and T/S activities.
• Manage performance of Hub and T/S costs, including KPI monitoring and variance analysis.
• Own forecasting accuracy for transshipment moves and related costs, supporting scenario modeling and flow analyses.
• Collaborate with the wider Ocean Finance community to standardize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Advanced financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Education
