Finance Business Partner

Job summary

The Finance Business Partner will be part of the Group Finance department, working closely with the COO and various business units. This role is essential for aligning financial performance with operational delivery and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support financial performance (revenue, gross margin, cost base, and profitability) for the assigned business area
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and budget expectations
• Provide regular performance insights and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with group standards
• Contribute to governance of sales pipeline, resource planning, and cost management
• Assist in developing pricing models and commercial frameworks
• Provide financial input for pre-sales, offers, and business cases
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with group requirements
• Drive consistency in the use of financial systems, tools, and processes
• Implement group-defined financial models, KPIs, and reporting structures
• Support standardization across countries while maintaining local accountability

Education

• Relevant educational background in finance or a related field
