Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing or leading technical teams within Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and scale pre-sales or consulting organizations with a focus on inclusive leadership.
• Understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models and their impact on commercial outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional leaders, balancing customer value and business priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required; Danish is a plus.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science; customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Passion for data, AI, and cloud technologies, with the ability to convey their business value clearly.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• This position is a remote contract with no formal office in Denmark, though the team meets weekly or bi-weekly in a coworking space in Copenhagen.
