Facility Technician

Qualifications

• Technical background, preferably as an electrician
• Familiarity with production companies is a plus
• Knowledge of building operations is advantageous
• Strong IT skills
• Broad professional knowledge across various fields
• Forklift certification
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC systems
• Test and control fire alarm systems and smoke ventilation
• Perform ongoing maintenance according to the facility's annual schedule
• Manage and follow up with external suppliers
• Conduct minor repairs in administration and production areas
• Assist with smaller projects
• Handle HSE-related tasks
• Undertake various ad hoc tasks

Education

• Relevant technical education or experience in a similar role
