Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the Commercial Salesforce platform by developing features and applications for Customer Service Agents. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support the Salesforce agenda and improve customer service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural concepts.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware, with SAP ERP integration being a plus.
• Solid background in complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Advanced design and implementation skills, with knowledge of architectural patterns and integration design.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Data360 is advantageous.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement new features and functionalities for Salesforce applications.
• Mentor and coordinate work among team members.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
• Define, secure, and monitor the Salesforce system.
• Document processes and enhance operational workflows.
