Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably in in-house or retained search settings.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-senior and executive roles in competitive markets.
  • Experience in recruiting for technology, digital, or high-growth sectors such as SaaS, fintech, or gaming.
  • Familiarity with global talent markets, particularly in EMEA and CIS regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end executive search processes, including strategy design, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and market maps through proactive outreach and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured interview process.
  • Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring decisions.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and improve candidate experience metrics.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in executive hiring, focusing on diversity-aware sourcing.
