Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant with HR responsibilities or as a junior HR generalist
  • Strong ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a part-time role
  • Experience supporting small or scaling teams is advantageous
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities
