Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar capacity, ideally within a global organization.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experienced in creating presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the EVP.
  • Support follow-ups, task tracking, and prioritization.
  • Assist with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organize events, workshops, and leadership offsites.
  • Anticipate needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
