Job summary

This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives within the clinical research services sector. The position involves building and nurturing relationships with clinical sponsors to position the organization as a preferred provider, while developing tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, ideally within clinical research or laboratory services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EMEA CMC Drug Development market and biopharma clientele.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in complex solution selling and contract negotiations.
  • Strong skills in RFP response development, proposal writing, and presentation delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and drug development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
