About the role

Job summary

The Enterprise Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving new sales revenue within the global Digital GTM organization. This position involves collaborating with Account Executives to engage with existing and potential enterprise accounts, supporting the sales process, and contributing to the development of future sales talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, preferably in B2B sales targeting enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers, including VP-level executives and IT leaders.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a growth mindset, open to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business in under-penetrated enterprise accounts and source new opportunities through prospecting.
  • Support the sales process by creating quotes, proposals, and strategic account plans.
  • Provide sales support to customers and assist Customer Success Managers in ensuring customer retention.
  • Build formal networks with key decision-makers and understand the selling process.
  • Manage sales processes, opportunity closure, and ongoing account management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Education

  • Relevant sales or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and sales management software is beneficial.
