Job summary

The Enterprise Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving new sales revenue within the Digital GTM organization. This position focuses on expanding business in existing accounts, sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the sales process through various strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, preferably in a B2B sales environment targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at various levels within large enterprises.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and open to continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support large Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process.
  • Prospect under-penetrated accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide on-demand sales support and assist in customer retention efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on their digital transformation journey.
  • Manage sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving additional revenue streams.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Ability to create strategic account plans and conduct business reviews.

Education

  • Relevant sales or business degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools is advantageous.
