Job summary

This role is focused on transitioning from senior engineering leadership to coaching, specifically for professionals in health tech and AI/ML sectors. The position involves providing 1:1 coaching to senior engineers and researchers, enhancing their leadership skills and navigating complex challenges in a fully remote and flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles (Director, VP, or equivalent) in AI/ML, health tech, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in leading research or engineering teams, particularly with PhD-level professionals.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, computer science, or related domains.
• Experience in research leadership with publications or patents preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and a commitment to creating safe and supportive environments.
• Openness to structured coaching training and continuous personal development.
