EMEA Revenue Growth Management Lead

Job summary

The EMEA Revenue Growth Management Lead will oversee promotional investment and product mix management across Decorative Paints in the EMEA region. This role involves setting standards for evaluating promotional effectiveness, identifying revenue improvement opportunities, and developing digital tools to enhance commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue growth management, commercial analytics, or category management, with hands-on promotional evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a consistent approach to evaluating promotional effectiveness, including establishing post-event evaluation discipline across EMEA markets.
• Analyze promotional performance by channel, retailer, and category to guide future investment decisions.
• Set promotional strategies and investment guidelines, supporting market teams in prioritizing opportunities.
• Track and forecast the impact of price, volume, and product mix on revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with Brand & Category and Sales teams to convert mix opportunities into actionable plans.
• Ensure promotional and mix assumptions are integrated into the business planning process.
• Lead the development of digital revenue growth management tools from requirements to market rollout.
• Establish consistent RGM data definitions and drive their adoption and integration into commercial decision-making.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate commercial questions into practical analytical solutions.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence in an international matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.
