EMEA Pricing & Portfolio Architecture Lead

Job summary

The EMEA Pricing & Portfolio Architecture Lead will be responsible for shaping the pricing strategy and portfolio architecture for Decorative Paints across the EMEA region. This role involves defining brand positioning, product offerings, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin while ensuring consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, or commercial strategy, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the EMEA pricing framework, including price positioning and pricing corridors.
• Utilize consumer and market insights to create actionable pricing recommendations.
• Define strategies for cost recovery and price increases across the product portfolio.
• Establish competitive price benchmarking and communicate pricing strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage the price-pack and portfolio architecture across various brands and product tiers.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize offerings.
• Set pricing principles for new product launches in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement strategic guidance and monitor performance.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in B2C pricing and portfolio strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies across multiple markets.
• Excellent financial acumen with a focus on P&L impact.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluent in English.
