EMEA Order Management Manager

Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people leadership within Order Management, Customer Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change while maintaining service quality.
• Strong operational mindset with experience in managing workloads and performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or similar systems.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or technology sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Order Management team.
