Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM roles with a track record of performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign management, automation flows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience managing client accounts, ideally in an agency or multi-client setting.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC marketing, focusing on revenue generation through retention channels.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading client discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
