Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Denmark)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of commercial management and project delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets, reports, and profit plans independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and profit plans.
• Conduct interim commercial meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts.
• Issue accurate monthly applications, including remeasures and contract claims.
• Identify and raise commercial risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Planning Engineers for accurate progress reporting.
• Negotiate with clients or their representatives as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous records for commercial claims.
