Job summary

The role involves managing eCommerce accounts to achieve sales and category share targets in the Nordics. The position focuses on developing strategies to enhance digital execution and align online and in-store capabilities, while identifying growth opportunities in the eCommerce sector for Pet Nutrition. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements and managing internal forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in E-commerce and Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-functional business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and influence without authority.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace challenges and innovate.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key partners in local and regional markets.
  • Fluent in English with an understanding of Nordic culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales and category share growth, managing the online P&L in the Nordics.
  • Accelerate E-Commerce performance through effective use of Retail Media and Activation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with critical E-Commerce stakeholders.
  • Develop and negotiate joint business plans, optimizing trade spend.
  • Collaborate with teams in the Nordics and UK to implement strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to develop tailored customer plans and sales strategies.

Education

  • Degree or equivalent qualification required.

Tools
