Qualifications

• Degree level education preferred or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail sectors.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all passenger and aircraft handling operations, ensuring adherence to checklists and regulatory requirements.
• Manage safety and security outcomes, including hazard identification and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate special guest requirements and operational disruption recovery.
• Maintain on-time performance and manage delays effectively.
• Promote airport ancillary sales and monitor customer service standards against KPIs.
