Job summary

This role is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving user acquisition for a flagship mobile MOBA game within a competitive gaming market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive user acquisition strategy while managing a small team of specialists.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile games profitably in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets with a strong focus on return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Expertise in Meta Ads and Google UAC, including campaign management and creative testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in LTV modeling and cohort analysis.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring user acquisition teams.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners and attribution frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full P&L responsibility for user acquisition spend, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Develop and implement user acquisition channel strategies across major platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of user acquisition specialists, focusing on performance and development.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad creatives for better acquisition efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks to analyze spend and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic guidance on user acquisition for additional app products.
  • Work with product and data teams to enhance attribution systems and measurement accuracy.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to convey complex strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with advanced growth marketing tools and analytics systems.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools.
