Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for global sales operations.
  • Ensure alignment between sales execution and company strategy.
  • Develop and enhance the global sales operating model.
  • Drive standardization and efficiency in sales processes.
  • Manage the global quotation framework and pricing strategy governance.
  • Maintain sales governance structures and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee sales data management and reporting standards.
  • Act as the global CRM Application Owner and optimize sales tools.
  • Facilitate training on sales tools and processes, promoting best practices.
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and operations to align sales processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.

Tools

  • CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
