Job summary

The Director of Retail Operations for the EMEA region is responsible for executing retail strategy and enhancing operational excellence across multiple markets. This role involves close collaboration with General Managers and leadership teams to standardize operations and drive sustainable growth.

• Proven success in business transformation and change management across diverse markets.
• Strong operational and commercial insight, with a history of enhancing performance and profitability.
• Experience in a matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Retail Framework assessment and maturity development across EMEA.
• Identify and prioritize key operational initiatives for successful implementation in various markets.
• Support the standardization of global retail processes and training programs.
• Utilize commercial and operational data to uncover opportunities and enhance performance.
• Develop retail playbooks for new store openings, renovations, and closures.
• Translate EMEA retail strategy into actionable initiatives and support their execution.
• Collaborate with country leadership teams to drive change and embed new operational practices.
• Assist in M&A due diligence by evaluating operational risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting in collaboration with stakeholders and Finance.
