Job summary

This role involves leading the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the Production Management System across global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in global manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record in deploying high-performing production systems across multiple facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation and cultural change initiatives.
• International leadership experience in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and ongoing refinement of the Production Management System, ensuring it meets business objectives.
• Facilitate the global deployment of VPS standards and practices across manufacturing locations.
• Enhance the VPS framework by establishing clear standards for shop floor management and operational practices.
• Conduct assessments and audits to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align strategic objectives with operational priorities across all manufacturing sites.
• Coach plant leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and replicate best manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the global VPS team to ensure initiatives lead to measurable improvements in key performance areas.
