• Experience in partnering with senior executives and managing complex priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the talent lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals.
• Manage the product backlog and translate business objectives into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to influence and align teams.
• Mentor other product managers and establish best practices in product management.
• Integrate user research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop metrics to measure product value and manage relationships with internal partners and vendors.

Skills

• Familiarity with agile product management techniques and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
