Director of Finance Business Partnering (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves driving performance and growth within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization by establishing a new standard for strategic finance. The position requires a focus on commercial insight to support revenue, sales, and marketing teams, leveraging data and AI to enhance finance operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance business partnering or FP&A leadership, particularly in Go-To-Market, Sales, and Marketing functions within a SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite executives, translating complex financial information into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, including customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
• Experience with modern data capabilities and AI tools to improve finance processes.
• Familiarity with complex, multi-entity structures.
• Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and GTM leadership, developing robust financial plans and evaluating growth opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting, revenue modeling, and quarterly forecasting for GTM, focusing on forward-looking strategic actions.
• Develop and support a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners, promoting a data-driven and impact-focused culture.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure consistent methodologies and aligned planning cycles across the organization.
• Integrate modern data tools and AI workflows into financial processes and revenue forecasting.
