Job summary

The role involves leading financial strategies and operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment, focusing on driving financial results and managing complex analyses across multiple sites and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA/CFA preferred, MBA is an asset.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial systems and processes to enhance performance.
• Conduct strategic financial modeling and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Lead change initiatives while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Manage P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet implications effectively.
• Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition processes.

Skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in financial accounting and modeling, with experience in SAP being a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience; advanced certifications such as CPA/CFA or an MBA are advantageous.
