Job summary

This role involves leading a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to achieve sales quotas and drive customer value through data and AI solutions in the Nordics. The position emphasizes building a successful sales culture and developing strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-growth enterprise software sales, particularly in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in similar technology environments.
  • Ability to recruit and develop sales talent.
  • Strong methodology-based sales coaching skills, including familiarity with MEDDPIC and Challenger sales techniques.
  • Experience engaging with both business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Established executive relationships with key customers.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems to enhance strategic territory growth.
  • Success in implementing consumption and commitment-based sales revenue strategies.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of account executives to develop necessary skills for success.
  • Create territory plans, define team structure, and set individual quotas.
  • Report on revenue forecasts and manage strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee revenue and customer success processes.

  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success.
  • Encourage continuous learning about technical products and future roadmaps.
  • Establish a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Deliver strategic growth plans in partnership with other leaders across the region.
