Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales leadership, particularly in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology environments.
  • Ability to recruit and develop sales talent.
  • Familiarity with methodology-based sales coaching techniques, including MEDDPIC and Challenger sales.
  • Experience engaging with both business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Established network of executive relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of account executives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement territory plans, team structures, and individual quotas.
  • Report on revenue forecasts and manage strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and customer value.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
  • Create a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable growth.
